NCAD GRADUATE COLLECTION

After completing four years studying Fashion at NCAD, our final year culminated in the creation of a six-outfit collection. My collection was inspired by contemporary sportswear that is designed more for aesthetic appeal than athletic performance and the concept of modular clothing. Each garment was constructed in interchangeable halves that could be zipped apart and reattached in new combinations, allowing for endless outfit variations. I developed custom textiles by bonding fabrics together and introduced colour through heat transfer vinyl techniques. I was proud of the final outcome, as I felt it was both innovative and a strong reflection of my creativity and design identity.
